SCOPUS is the largest abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed literature. Scopus features tools that allow researchers to efficiently track, analyze and visualize research easily and at the level of detail they choose. Scopus offers researchers a quick, easy and comprehensive resource to support their research needs in the scientific, technical, medical and social sciences fields and in the arts and Humanities also.

Users can access this database from 1st November 2016 onward through following link - within campus and also outside the campus by using remote access facility.

BBA book club: Shared Shelf and IMNU library have come together and hosted this event where Book and bound volumes have been kept on display. These displays are written by or on personalities which are somehow related to the month OCTOBER.

Institute of Technology Library and IEEE has arranged a webinar on 13th September 2016. The webinar was promoted via the NIRMA University Library webpage, E-mail and Facebook account of Library & IEEE student branch also. A total of 93 users from IT-NIRMA UNIV registered in the last one week, and total 28 users have attended the same. It was an interactive webinar and more than 10 asked different set of questions (available in the attachment). Quiz form went live post the session and 20 of them participated. 9 winners have been choosen and winners got the IEEE merchandise (T-shirt) and Clip-IT (Vent Mount - distributed by Library, Institute of Technology.

We had conducted Library Event "Book review on Embedded System Security: Practical Methods for Safe and Secure Software and Systems Development by David Kleidemacher & Mike Kleidemacher" This book is reviewed by Dr. Nagendra Gajjar (EC Department).

The discussion went off well. The program saw active participation by the BBA-MBA students- youngest group in the institute, DPM students, our research associates and faculty. The discussion was initiated by the introduction given by the faculties Prof. Bindi Mehta and Prof. Rajesh Kikani and then taken over by the rest of the participants.
