Co-curricular

Co-curricular and extra curricular activities play an important role in the all-round development of professional students. They indeed serve as an adjunct to the rigorous course work. The objectives of these activities are:

To promote disciplined corporate, intellectual, civil and cultural life amongst students and the faculty of the institute. 

To foster activities to bring out the creative talents of the students.
To promote the study and discussion of subjects of national and international importance. 
To create awareness among the students about their professional identity and their obligations to the profession and society at large. 
To create a strong spirit of teamwork and cohesiveness by organizing various cultural, literary and professional activities along with the academic routine. 
To achieve these objectives the institute has put forth its efforts and organized following programmes:
  Lectures on Law and Social Transformation in India   
  Lectures on Moot court and Mooting Skills 
  A Panel discussion on Problems and Prospects of Domestic Violence Act on International Women’s’ Day i.e. on 8th March, 2008 
  A Debate Competition  
  Quiz competition- to bring forth their knowledge  
  Parliamentary Debate competition with the purpose to develop the spirit of Parliamentary Democracy  
  The slogan and poster competition on various legal themes - to bring out the creativity of the students.
  Rangoli Competition to see the innate talents of the students
   
   
Paper presentation and participation in the various law conferences
 
The Institute envisages the all round development of the students and to discover the hidden potentialities of the students the institute has facilitated the students’ participation in various law conferences and seminars. The students are always motivated and guided by the faculty members to participate in such activities. 
  Paper presentation by the students at various law conferences-such as 31st All India Criminology Conference at Bhopal in January, 2008  
  Participation of the students in the poster competition organized at M. S. University on Sustainable Development in January, 2008  
  Paper presentation by the student at the Conference organized by Bar Council of India in February, 2008 
  Paper Presentation at the conference organized by Indian society for International Law in March, 2008 
  Paper presentation by the students at various law conferences-such as 31st All India Criminology Conference at Bhopal in January, 2008
