ACHIEVEMENT OF THE STUDENTS :  
 
Ms. Mitsu Parikh, Student of Semester V had sent model paper on “Children in armed conflict” at Harvard MUN (HNMUN) Competition which has been selected by the team of Harvard University and she has been invited to attend the final conference with sponsored scholarship in the month of February, 2010 to be organized at Harvard University, Boston. 
 
Ms. Jagruti Dekavadia, student of Semester V, Institute of Law, Nirma University had sent a paper at the 8th International Conference on New Dimensions of Humanities organised by University of California Los Angeles, USA in February, 2010 which has been selected.
 
Team comprising of Ms. Satakshi Johri and Ms. Sneha Singh and a team comprising of Ms. Himani Baid and Ms. Abhilasha Jindal were awarded Best Presentation Award among 44 students team across the Country where ILNU students presented research papers on “Euthanasia : Accepted Worldwide, an awaited taboo in India and Live – relationship: compensation but not maintenance. ” at National Seminar on “New Dimensions of Law” at Ludhinaya.
 
PAPER PRESENTATION & CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION:  
 
Jagruti Dekavadiya has presented a paper on the topic of “Law’s Delay” in All India Seminar on Judicial Reforms on 23rd & 24th February, 2008 at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi which was inaugurated by Her Excellency the President of India Mrs. Pratibha Patil and presided over by Hon’ble the chief justice of India Mr. K.G.Balakrishnan.
 
Jagruti Dekavadiya has also presented the paper on “Cyber Law, Cyber Crimes and Indian Perspectives” in the “Law & Technology” conference at University Institute of Legal studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh on 28th -29th September 2008.
 
She has also presented the paper on "Private International Law" in the 37th Golden Jubilee Conference on International Law at Indian Society of International Law, New Delhi on 23rd - 24th March, 2008 organized by the Indian Society of International Law (ISIL) New Delhi.
 
She has presented the paper on “Paving the way towards Intellectual Property Rights protection in plant varieties especially in developing countries under Global Markets” in the 2009 ILSA International Conference at Kolkata on 22nd – 25th July 2009 organized by International Law Students Association in collaboration with National University of Juridical Science, Kolkata.
 
She has presented the paper on “International Trade Obligation and Environment Protection” in the International Law Association Regional Conference on International Trade Law & Legal Aspects of Trans – Border Investment on 19th - 20th September, 2009 Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi, inaugurated by Her Excellency Mrs. Pratibha Patil- The President of India and Presided by Hon’ble Mr. Justice K.G.Balakrishanan – The Chief Justice of India.
 
She has presented the paper on “Paving the way toward an Effective Patent System in India” in the International Conference on Emergent Business Models and Strategies for the Knowledge Economy: Impact on Business, Government and Society on 19th – 21st November 2009 at Indian Business Academy(IBA), Bangalore.

Mr. Ekrama H. Qureshi, student of V Semester has presented a paper on “Narco Analysis Test and Article 20(3) Self-Incrimination” Published in Gujarat Law Herald – August 2009 Issue.
 
An Article of Mr. Abhisst Kaushal Thaker student of V Semester on “Judicial Review of IXth Schedule with Special Reference to I.R. Coelho V. State of Tamilnadu” was published in GLR in September 2009 and an Article on “Legitimate Expectations : A comparative study of British and Indian System” was published in Gujarat High Court Recent Judgments in August 2009.
 
An Article of Mr. Pathan Aamirkhan Safikhan student of V Semester on “Protective Laws for women under Indian Judiciary System” Published in Gujarat High Court Judgment in Issue of November 2009.
 
Jagruti Dekavadiya has presented the paper on “Protection against ex post facto laws and Indian Legal Scenario” which is available at www.legalserviceindia.com, and in Gujarat Law Report April 2009 Volume I. – GLR April (1) 2009.
