Dr. S. C. Vora is working as Professor in Department of Electrical Engineering, Institute of Technology, Nirma University. Dr. Vora graduated in Electrical Engineering from Saurashtra University, Gujarat. He received his M. E. and Ph. D. in Electrical Engineering (High Voltage Engineering) from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore. He is functioning as PG coordinator of M Tech programme in Electrical Engineering (viz. Electrical Power Systems). At present, he is also serving as coordinator at Centre for Quality Assurance and Academic Development, Nirma University.

Dr. S. C. Vora has published 10 international / national journal research papers and 16 international / national conference papers. He has guided 01 Ph.D. Thesis, 30 Masters’ thesis and guiding 02 research scholars towards their doctoral degree. He has been invited by reputed institutes, industries to conduct the workshops/lecture series and offered consultancy services. He is a member of IEEE, USA, Life member of ISTE, and Life Member of Society Energy Society of India (SESI), New Delhi.
