1.      Us Patent (2008):
For inventing Directional ZSI algorithm.

2.    Applause Award (2009):

       Received Applause Award for Excellent planning and execution of Regression test and reducing the test cycle time by more than 50%.

3.   Applause Award (2008):

Received Applause Award for designing Electronic Boards to remove a perennial barrier in Automation of Test cases.

4.   Micro-Innovation Award (2007):

Received Micro-innovation Award for designing 24x7 web based global tool that has the capability to generate and update the test report with live data and plot the real time reliability “Crow Plots” automatically and hence digitized the status monitoring process.

5.    Spot Award (2006):

        Received Spot Award for finding 16 quality issues in the most complicated feature in product. Four out of these sixteen issues uncovered problem with the algorithm per se and led to re-scoping of the project and hence prevented a defective product hitting the market. Also, I found some issues while going through the design and started a new trend within the team of reviewing the design/specification.

6.      Applause Award (2006):

Received Applause Award for completing my testing responsibilities ahead of scheduled time with high quality (Found 54% of unique failures in a team consisting of 10 members). This effort leads to delivering an improved product faster to the market.

7.    Star Performer Award (2004): 
Received Star Performer Award for outstanding performance during 2003-04.

1. Received the Most Promising Management Trainee Award in Payments & Cash    Management (PCM)
2. Achieved 'Best Performer' of the month award from the entire India team of PCM for single handedly and efficiently managing a total of 175 Migrations of customers from Hexagon (Server based application) to HSBCnet (Web based application).
