The institute has initiated Ph. D. programme in Engg. and Technology in the areas of available faculty expertise. Institute has also recognized qualified experts working in research organizations as research guides. Currently five research scholars have been registered, two in Computer Engineering, one in Instrumentation area, one in VLSI and one in Geotechnical Engineering. A full time Ph. D. programme is likely to commence soon.
