Dr Jayesh Pankaj Aagja is MBA (Marketing) and a PhD from Veer Narmad South Guajarat University, Surat. He has over sixteen years of experience in management teaching. His papers have been published in peer reviewed national and international journals. He has attended various national and international conferences and presented papers. He is also actively involved in various Management development programmes and training programmes for various organizations like Ingersoll Rand, Somany Ceramics, Piramal Healthcare, and other organisations. His current teaching interests include Consumer Behaviour, Sales and Marketing Channel Management, Marketing Management and Contagion Marketing. His research interests include understanding the Impact of Individual and Group Level Factors on Buying Behaviour, Contagion Marketing and Influence of Social Network, Customer Experience Management, Sales Management and Marketing Channel Management.
