The admission procedure of each institute generally commences from the month of May. The announcements regarding admissions are made through the advertisements in the national and regional newspapers. The information regarding the same is also uploaded on the website of the university.
The eligibility criteria for admissions in each programme are different and are generally made available through all advertisements for admissions in the newspapers and on the website of the University.
The University offers hostel facility to PG students only. There are separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. However there are a lot of hostels in the vicinity of the University in addition to Paying Guests facilities. The list of the hostels in the vicinity of the University can be obtained from the respective admissions office of the institutes. The University does not endorse any hostel in particular, the list is provided to help the parents and students find nearby accommodation options available.
Yes, the University provides scholarships on merit cum means basis which is continued on the basis of academic performance of the student concerned. The criteria and amount varies for each institute.
Yes, the University owns a fleet of buses that ply in almost all the areas in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. The facility is available for faculty, students and staff.
The University provides the facility to invited guests of the University only. Though the parents visiting their wards in the hostel can avail the facility subject to the availability.
The tuition and other fees are to be deposited semester wise.
The University observes two shifts, the timings of the first shift is 8:45am to 4:00pm and the second shift during 11:15 am to 6:15 pm. Different programmes run during these shifts.
