A session of alumni interaction with Mr. RACHIT OZA was organized for III semester Chemical Engineering students. Rachit Oza was the president of ChESA and actively participated and organized events in ChESA. He shared his knowledge about choosing an alternative career. Simply by keeping the mirror of reality in-front of students, he could make students to realize about the percentage of students that pursue for technical jobs after the completion of B. Tech which was less than 20%, “Don’t think too much about your career, all of us will have a career ahead because we all are engineers were his words. He told students it’s better to develop the habit of learning the good things from others, to always follow your passion whole heartedly and always be a good listener and observer so that you can act smartly. He sensitized the concept of Nothing is impossible in this universe”, even the word impossible says I’m-possible hence never say no to any task. Always give it a try, fight for it and try to evaluate it. He gave the golden principle of 5D’s Dare, Decide, Disect, Determine and Dream. He was very much successful in drilling into students minds that a degree might give you a regular job but it’s the passion gives you an alternative career. Finally he bid goodbye and reminded students about the most crucial and sensitive decision of their life “Choosing Your Career WISELY”.
