"Teaching the Students of e-Generation"

“Millennials” are fascinated about new technologies. As per Prensky, they are “digital natives” who have grown up with technologies unlike the “digital migrants”, the faculty who have migrated to technology use over the time. These students have “information-age mindset” which is different in many ways to the mindset of their teachers. With these differences in mind sets of students and teachers, it is a fundamental concern for teaching fraternity to make the communication and teaching-learning process effective. Keeping this in mind, Institute of Technology, Nirma University has organized a National Seminar on "Teaching the Students of e-Generation" on 26-27 February, 2016. This program aims to help the teaching community to enhance their skill-set to teach, counsel and guide in a better way to these e-gen “digital natives” Click Here for Brochure
