Invincible Leaders’ League

The Invincible Leaders’ League (iL2) is a student organization founded at the Institute of Technology, Nirma University. It was formally inaugurated on the 9th of January, 2009, by Dr. Allan Cohen, Dean of Babson University, which has been ranked as the top entrepreneurship college. He is also one of the founding pillars of IIM-Ahmedabad.

This organization aims to help students find their inner potential or inner spark, and ignite that spark so it may escalate into an inferno. We believe that every individual has the capacity to change the world by leading themselves and others, and thus influencing society as a whole. Current academic institutions in our society do not delve much into this aspect of a student’s development, and we hope to change that.

iL2 is a non profit student initiative to enhance leadership skills, communication skills & public speaking skills with an aim to bring out the leader within an individual.

Our Mission: Learning to lead is the mission of our League. We believe that students have opportunities to understand leadership on their own terms, to learn practical skills and innovative leadership techniques, and to broaden their perspective on general management and organizational leadership. We are limited not by title, by region, or by industry, but by the horizons of our members’ aspirations.
